Judy is a young bandicoot who loves racing more than anything, to a somewhat unhealthy degree. It's unknown where they came from. Who's child is this?!?
Noodle is Chick and Stew's child. They could go on the air but they're rather camera shy. Also they wish their parents would shut up.
They have a Tom & Jerry-like relationship. Judy is rather relaxed most of the time, but whenever he sees Noodle he goes into a blinding rage. This stems from Noodle taking his seat in the stands one time. Noodle didn't and still doesn't care.
